“We,” “us,” “our” refers to etraders.pk.
“You,” “your” refers to the customer who purchased the product(s).
“Product” refers to any item sold on etraders.pk.
How to Request a Refund or Return

Go to Orders → Request Refund/Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
Unused and Unwashed: The product must be in the same original condition that you received it—unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
In its Original Packaging: The product must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box or packaging to protect the item during transit.
Returned within the Specified Period: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following categories of products are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Software, DVDs, CDs, and other licensed media that have been unsealed.
Gift Cards and vouchers.
Personal Care items (e.g., earrings, makeup, skincare).
Underwear and Hosiery.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Perfumes and Fragrances.
Customized or personalized products made to your specifications.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Faulty or Defective: You received a product that is damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), or malfunctions.
Wrong Item Received: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Shipping Damage: The product was damaged during transit (must be reported immediately upon delivery).
Size Exchange: You need a different size of the same product (subject to availability).
Note: Returns based on “change of mind” or “I didn’t like it” are not accepted unless the product is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

Please provide your Order Number, Product Name, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Authorization & Inspection
Our team will review your request and may ask for details or photos (e.g., of the defect, wrong item, or packaging) to assess eligibility.
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the package. Returns shipped without an RAN will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and freebies that came with it.
Securely seal the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.
Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For example, if you paid via credit card, the amount will be credited back to the same card.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where we sent a wrong or defective product.
We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues only (subject to stock availability).
To request an exchange, follow the standard return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct size to you.
If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
The terms and conditions of that warranty cover products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Please refer to the warranty card included with your product for specific instructions. etraders.pk will facilitate the process by providing necessary documentation and guiding you to the official service center.
